CONTEXT

The shortage of health care  staff specialized in functional rehabilitation and re-education affects the quality of health care. Moreover ,continuous education in the field of functional rehabilitation and re-education are poorly structured and usually inefficient.

OUR APPROACH

A training centre is being set up at the Tahar Sebti Institution. The aim is to provide an initial training in functional rehabilitation for care assistants and nurses. Then it is mportant to ensure the sustainability of this training centre.
