The AMH Group facilitates the professional inclusion of young people with disabilities in the Casa-Settat and Rabat-Salé regions.

OBJECTIVES

PROMOTE SOCIO-ECONOMIC INCLUSION
Improve the access of young people with disabilities to decent jobs in the Casablanca-Settat and Rabat-Salé-Kénitra regions through individualized support and cooperation among stakeholders.

CONTEXT

Based on the national survey on disability (2014), in Morocco, the employment rate of people with disabilities at working-age does not exceed 13.6%, barely 83 000 out of 612 000 people (three times less than the non-disabled people).

OUR APPROACH

Acting as an intermediary, the professional inclusion service provides support to both job seekers and structures wishing to hire people with disabilities :

  • Vocational and career guidance.
  • Individual capacity-building.
  • Intermediation with companies.
